I focus on one thing, take a short break, and then move on. My work feels calmer, cleaner, and strangely faster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cDepth, not speed, is what creates meaningful results.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019ve been feeling scattered, try it.
