The Art of Doing One Thing at a Time
Multitasking sounds productive, but it’s often the opposite. When I tried doing three things at once — answering messages, editing photos, and writing a post — I ended up doing none of them well.
So I tried something new: single-tasking. I focus on one thing, take a short break, and then move on. My work feels calmer, cleaner, and strangely faster.
“Depth, not speed, is what creates meaningful results.”
If you’ve been feeling scattered, try it. Do one thing today with your full attention. It’s almost meditative.
