Algerian Bourak
Ingredients:
1 package of phyllo dough
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Vegetable oil for frying
